Despite its charming architectural details, this home was showing some wear and tear- a sign of a home well loved.  We discussed options with our clients to freshen up both the exterior and interior of the home in an effort to sell quicker and at a higher price. They agreed and we, along with our preferred vendors, went to work transforming this home into what you see below.

After

Our clients occupied the home during the transformation process and we were able to stage their home using many of their existing pieces of furniture. Fresh paint on the inside and out showcased the architectural features of this home that made it so desirable. We even staged the backyard to show buyers some ideas on how to set up the extra large space functionally.

How it works

We suggest home improvements and updates to prepare your home for the market. You will contract directly with home improvement service providers, with Compass Concierge paying the associated cost. At the closing of the property, Compass Concierge will collect a fee that covers the cost of the work performed. 

Eligibility and Restrictions

  • The program is available to all sellers with an exclusive listing agreement with Compass.

  • Properties that are short sales or foreclosures are not eligible for the program.

  • Structural or construction services will not be covered.

  • Prospective sellers interested in participating in the Compass Concierge program must review and execute the Compass Concierge service agreement outlining the program services.
